The Situation

Skiweb is an IT consultancy which offers training and development around the Microsoft .NET suite of products and database and web development services to the skiing community. The Skiweb team was looking for a solution which would help them handle the various services they sell – from simple training engagements to more complex development projects.

Solution

Although Microsoft CRM is a relatively new product, Excitation had long been involved with it. As a fellow services business, we were able to demonstrate relevant experience to Skiweb based on our own implementation.

Microsoft CRM customisation and implementation. Some analysis of Skiweb’s operations was undertaken and Microsoft CRM customised to match the existing business practices, rather than trying to change the company to match the product.

The sales methodology in use at Skiweb has been captured in the CRM application, instantly giving an improved view of future resource requirements, revenue forecasts and opportunities which have faltered at any point in the pipeline.
