Your profile must include hands-on experience of business solutions (CRM applications or Business Intelligence and Data Management using Microsoft SQL Server) and a proven track record as a technical lead. A bias towards Microsoft technologies will be of help but is not the over-riding factor here.
An enthusiasm for consulting and a winning way with customers, combined with team skills and a desire to be part of a fast-growing business will secure you an enjoyable role and a competitive package.
