Every customer is different. However, Excitation's implementation methodology is based around a set of principles which we know will apply to every project, no matter how small and simple, or large and complex.

The phases or our projects can vary in duration from hours to weeks - for example, recording business processes for capture in Microsoft CRM might take a brief meeting for a small firm or weeks for a multi-national. But the project phase is nevertheless the same one. Across our client-base we can usually find an existing customer whose requirements and project size was similar to yours, and we would arrange for you to speak to them for validation that Excitation will deliver successfully on your project. Our goal is that subsequently you will do the same, there being no greater reference than a happy customer willing to take a call.
