One of the most important factors in any successful Microsoft CRM implementation is user adoption. It doesn't matter how well designed or how effective your Dynamics CRM system is if, users fail to adopt the new system.

At Excitation we take system training very seriously - after all we designed the Microsoft CRM certification exams directly for Microsoft Business Solutions in the USA and also developed the extending Microsoft CRM training course for Microsoft. All Dynamics CRM consultants worldwide are certified against these exams.

As Microsoft CRM experts, our team of Dynamics CRM consultants includes Microsoft Certified trainers - all Microsoft CRM experts themselves.

At Excitation we offer a broad range of training courses designed to suit the requirements of your organisation. Most of our training is conducted on site minimising both cost and time away from work and enabling users to learn using their own systems and data. Training is flexible and delivered according to user requirements, speed of skills acquisition and available facilities.

If users are grouped for training based on their role it is our experience that the training can be better focused. A future benefit of this is that an informal support network is created for helping each other with minor issues when users are back at their desks, lowering the cost of owning Microsoft CRM.

A training course is provided for technical IT staff to be able to take on the day-to-day issues that come with the new Dynamics CRM application. This typically covers such matters as files to be included in the back-up regime, how to create new user accounts, applying standard security roles to users within the system, and how to install the Microsoft CRM Client for Outlook.

Further training can be provided to relevant staff on CRM data structures and Microsoft SQL Reporting Services, all delivered by our Microsoft certified trainers.

A separate training session can be provided for management use with the focus more on insight from the data than the day-to-day addition of information.
