What does Microsoft Dynamics CRM's Desktop client look like?

You can use Microsoft Dynamics CRM in two ways. Through Microsoft Outlook (the Dynamics CRM for Outlook client), or through your internet browser (the web client). The Outlook client running on a Windows Vista operating system is pictured below.

Dynamics CRM's Outlook client looks for the large part much the same as the web client, and is used in a very similar way. Both the web and Outlook clients feature the logical views and processes of all Microsoft Office programs. If your staff are familiar with these they will adapt quickly to Dynamics CRM.
